- Tata Power has announced a 14% jump in EBITDA, reaching ₹3,829 crore in the fourth quarter of FY25.
Tata Power Share Dividend Declaration
The Board of Directors at Tata Power recommended a final dividend of ₹2.25 per share for the FY25. However, the proposed dividend is subject to the approval of shareholders in the forthcoming 106th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The record date for the dividend yield is set as 20th June 2025.
