Cipla Q4 Results 2025: Net Profit Jumps 30% YoY; Dividend Declared of ₹16 Per Share

Cipla has announced its Q4 results for FY25 with a solid financial performance. The company has reported a 30.10% surge in consolidated net profit year-on-year, reaching ₹1,221.84 crore. Cipla Q4 Results 2025: Key Highlights

  • Cipla has reported its consolidated net profit as ₹1,222.84 crore with a 30.10% surge on a YoY basis. 
  • Revenue of Cipla gained more than 9% to reach ₹6,729.70 crore. 
  • The company’s Sales revenue rose by 8.5% YoY to reach ₹6,597.72 crore against ₹6,082.37 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. 
  • Revenue from the new ventures of Cipla Limited increased by 35.44% YoY to reach ₹288.48 crore from ₹212.99 crore. 
  • EBITDA of Cipla for the Q4FY25 jumped 17% YoY to reach ₹1,538 crore, while EBITDA margin increased 150 BPS YoY to 22.80%. 

Margin Headwinds and Product Transition

Cipla’s management has stated that new products will not completely compensate for the effect of the phasing out of Revlimid. This product is presently a robust contributor to Cipla’s US business. The margins are potentially squeezed up to 300 bps in FY27.

Cipla Share Dividend Declaration

Cipla has announced a final dividend of ₹13 per share for FY25 and a special dividend of ₹3 per share on the occasion of the drug firm completing 90 years. It takes the total dividend amount of Cipla shares to ₹16 per share of a face value of ₹2 each.
