1. SBI Life: SBI Life announced its premium up by 0.3%, APE up by 8%, and retail APE up by 2% YoY. Investors considered it a positive SBI Life share news and showed higher confidence in this share in the stock market today. 
2. HDFC Life: HDFC Life reported a surge of 23% in its premiums and 10% jump in APE, and retail APE soared 3% YoY. 
3. GAIL: GAIL India signed an MoU with the Karnataka Government for renewable energy projects holding a capacity of up to 1 GW. 
4. EPL: Competition Commission of India approved 24.90% acquisition of shareholding in EPL by Indorama Netherlands B.V.
5. Taneja: Taneja has announced its Q4 results for FY25, with a net profit of ₹6.10 crore against ₹2.5 crore. Moreover, Taneja Limited’s revenue stood at ₹12.40 crore against ₹8.20 crore. 
6. Auro Pharma: Auro Pharma’s subsidiary has received UK MHRA approval for Zefylti, a filgrastim biosimilar.  
7. Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals: Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals acquired Yash Pharma’s India and Bhutan business for the expansion of its coverage in emerging segments and divested its Faridabad facility for ₹41 crore to enhance growth capital.
