Shree Cements Q4 Results 2025 – Standalone Performance Highlights
Revenue and Profits – The cement major based out of Kolkata posted its quarterly results for the quarter ending March 2025 on 14th May 2025. Shree Cements posted standalone profits of ₹556 crores, registering a de-growth of 16% against profits of the corresponding period in FY2024.
This dip came despite an upturn of 3.30% in the revenue to ₹5,240.15 crores Q4FY25 against the figures of ₹5,072.68 crores in Q4FY24.
EBITDA – The Earnings Before Interest, Tax, and Depreciation of Shree Cements for the quarter ended March 2025 stood at ₹1,531.41 crores. The company’s EBITDA for the same period in FY24 stood at a figure of ₹1,465.09 crores, indicating a Q-o-Q uptick of 4.1%.
Shree Cements Limited also experienced an expansion in EBDITA margins of 20 bps from 26.17% last year to 26.36% in the quarter ending March 2025 for FY 2025.
Dividend Declaration – The board of Shree Cements Limited has declared a final dividend of ₹60 per equity share for FY2025. Besides the final dividend, the company has also paid an interim dividend of ₹50 per share declared on 30th January 2025.
Shree Cements Q4 Consolidated Results – Performance Highlights
On the consolidated front, too, Shree Cements has experienced a similar performance trend. The company’s consolidated revenue from operations for Q4 FY25 was ₹5,532.02, up by 2.4% compared to the figures of the corresponding period in FY2024.
However, Shree Cements clocked a consolidated net profit of ₹574.99 for the period, down 14% from net profits of ₹675.75 in Q4 FY24. On the EBITDA side, the company experienced a minute increase of 0.95% to ₹1,586.50 crores for the quarter ending March 2025.
Shree Cements Share Price Performance
Despite a dip in stand-alone profits, Shree Cements’ share opened with opening gains of 1.2% on 15th May 2025. As of 11:04 AM, today (15th May 2025), the company’s shares were trading at ₹31,370 with a gain of more than 2%. The 52-week high and low of Shree Cements were ₹31,835 and ₹30,895, respectively.

Shree Cements Limited reports mixed results for the March quarter in fiscal year 2025. Even after a modest increase of 4% in Q4 revenues, Shree Cement registered a decline of 16% in its standalone net profits of ₹556 crores. EBITDA of the company for Q4 FY25 stood at ₹1,465.09, reflecting a Q-o-Q of 4.1%.
