The company specialises in processing aluminium metal scrap to manufacture aluminium alloys in the form of ingots, primarily used in the automotive industry due to their strength, corrosion resistance, and light weight.
  • The company operates a manufacturing facility located in Ballabhgarh, Haryana. Om Metallogic's key markets include Delhi, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh.
  • Use of proceeds:
  • This is a fresh issue of shares. Therefore, the net proceeds from the fresh issue will go to the company. They will be utilised for the following purposes:
  • To finance the capital expenditure requirements for purchasing equipment/machinery—Rs 2.31 crore.
  • To partially finance the working capital requirements—Rs 8.5 crore.
  • Repayment/pre-payment, in full or in part, of certain borrowings availed by the company—Rs 6 crore.
