- Connplex Cinemas Limited is an entertainment company engaged in the development of cinema theatres and the exhibition and distribution of films. The company operates under the brand name ‘CONNPLEX’ and other registered brands. Its business activities include entering into franchise agreements, generating revenue through movie screenings, food and beverage sales, and advertisement sharing at franchised cinema locations. Connplex also offers event hosting services for private screenings, corporate gatherings, and community events.
- The company operates a network of cinemas targeting diverse audience segments in Tier 1 to Tier 4 cities across India. It is registered in Gujarat, India.
- Use of proceeds:
- This is a fresh issue of shares. Therefore, the net proceeds from the fresh issue will go to the company. They will be utilised for the following purposes:
- To fund the capital expenditure requirements for the purchase of a corporate office - Rs 14.79 crore.
- To fund the capital expenditure requirements for the purchase of light-emitting diode (LED) screens and projectors - Rs 24.44 crore.
- To fund the working capital requirements - Rs 37.63 crore.
- General corporate purposes - The remaining amount.
