  • Aditya Birla Real Estate clocked Q2 FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹97.84 crores vs ₹266.38 crores. 
  • On the profit front, Aditya Birla Real Estate earned a consolidated PAT of -₹15.74 crore in Q2 FY26. During FY25, the company’s PAT stood at ₹2.58 crore.
  • According to the consolidated figures, Aditya Birla Real Estate’s quarterly PAT decreased by 710.08% YoY, while revenue decreased by 63.27%.
  • Aditya Birla Real Estate clocked Q2 FY26 standalone revenue of ₹67.71 crores vs ₹62.28 crores. 
  • On the profit front, Aditya Birla Real Estate earned a standalone PAT of ₹24.03 crore in Q2 FY26. During FY25, the company’s PAT stood at ₹10.19 crore.
  • According to the standalone figures, Aditya Birla Real Estate’s quarterly PAT increased by 135.82% YoY, while revenue rose by 8.72% YoY.
