  1. Tata Motors: Moody’s credit ratings have upgraded JLR Plc to BA1/Positive from BA2/Positive.
  2. Yes Bank: Moody’s ratings upgrades Yes Bank from BA3 to BA2. Changes outlook to stable. 
  3. Vedanta: Vedanta board meeting is scheduled on 18th June 2025 for first interim dividend. 
  4. Ram Ratna: Ram Ratna announced that its new manufacturing facility in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, has begun commercial production on 13th June 2025. 
  5. Wonderla: Wonderla launches Bangalore’s newest boutique premium aqua-retreat, “The Isle by Wonderla”. 
  6. Spice Jet: Spice Jet posted a record of ₹319 crore profit for FY25, marking its first annual gain in the past 7 years.
