2. GAIL: Fitch sees high capex and shareholder returns to raise Gail’s EBITDA net leverage to 1.5x in 2 years. 
3. SEPC: SEPC receives LoA from Parmeshi Urja Limited, Kolkata, for the engineering, procurement, and construction of a 133 MW AC solar power plant. 
4. NIBE: NIBE gets a purchase order worth ₹23.33 crore from an infra & defence company for the supply of Armour Plate MIL12560. 
5. Railtel Corporation: Railtel Corporation receives a work order worth ₹119.50 million from South Eastern Coalfields Limited. 
6. Zee Entertainment: Zee Entertainment board meeting scheduled for 16th June to discuss the risk mitigation strategies and fundraising alternatives with an investment banker to review the company’s business plan. 
7. Adani Group: Adani Group announced India’s biggest private capex plan. The group is to invest $100 billion over the next 6 years.
