1. VI: Vodafone Idea (VI) has declared its Q4 results for FY25 with a net loss of ₹7,166.10 crore against ₹7,674.60 crore. Moreover, the revenue of VI surged to reach ₹11,013.50 crore against ₹10,606.80 crore. 
2. Siti Networks: Siti Networks disclosed defaults on term loan instalments from several lenders, including Axis Bank, IDBI Bank, and RBL Bank. The default occurred on 30th April 2025, and the current default amount is ₹1,206.03 crore. 
3. Havels India: Havels India announced the retirement of Mr. Mukul Saxena and Mr. Shrikant Pandit, Executive Vice President, due to superannuation. 
4. Cipla: Cipla announced that the USFDA conducted a cGMP inspection at its Bommasandra, Bengaluru facility from 26th May to 30th May. The inspection resulted in 1 observation in Form 483. 
5. LTIMindtree: LTIMindtree announced that CEO & MD Debashis Chatterjee will retire on 30th May 2025.
