Samvardhana Motherson Q4 revenue stood at ₹29,119.31 crores Vs ₹112,540.88 crores in FY25.
Revenue growth for the quarter was 8.86%, whereas FY25 revenue grew by 15.09%.
Q4 PAT slipped by 22.7% to ₹1,115.38 cr vs 37.29% YoY PAT growth during the complete FY25.
Sequentially, the net profit of SAMIL grew by 13.31% from ₹984.35 cr in Q3 FY25 to ₹1,115.38 cr. in Q4 FY25.
Samvardhana Motherson International Limited has also announced a bonus issue in a 1:2 ratio along with a final dividend of 0.35 per share for FY25.
