- PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Limited is a retail-focused jewellery company engaged in the sale of diamond jewellery set in gold and platinum. The company offers a range of products made using diamonds and precious and semi-precious stones studded in gold and platinum. It also retails plain platinum jewellery, including rings, bracelets, and chains. Its products are sold under the “Reva” brand.
- The company operates under a franchise agreement dated February 1, 2025, with P. N. Gadgil & Sons Limited, through which it uses retail space, logistics, electricity, furniture, security, and billing software provided by its corporate promoter.
- Use of proceeds:
- This is a fresh issue of shares. Therefore, the net proceeds from the fresh issue will go to the company. They will be utilised for the following purposes:
- Funding expenditure for setting up 15 new stores — Rs 286.56 crore.
- Marketing and promotional expenses related to the launch of the 15 new stores — Rs 35.4 crore.
- General corporate purposes.
