- Game Changers Texfab Limited is engaged in sourcing and supplying fabrics as per customer specifications. The company identifies suitable suppliers, negotiates prices, and ensures quality and sustainability standards in its sourcing process. It deals in a wide range of fabrics, with specialisation in women’s wear and technical textiles, including outdoor and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) coated fabrics used for awnings, furniture upholstery, tarpaulins, sports goods, and tents.
- The company operates through a network of more than 10 sourcing offices and two retail experience stores that also serve as sampling centres. These stores feature ready-made, semi-stitched, and made-to-measure garments. Game Changers Texfab also runs an online platform offering over 10,000 designs and connects with over 500 suppliers to serve export houses and boutiques.
- The company follows a “deemed manufacturing” model, outsourcing production to six third-party units, enabling flexibility without maintaining its own manufacturing infrastructure.
