L&T Tech Q4 Results 2025 Highlights: Net Profit Tumbled 9% 

L&T Technology Services has declared its Q4 results for the year ended 31st March 2025. Despite a surge in revenue, the company has reported a decline of 9% in the net profit. The stock price of the company is currently trading at ₹3241.9, indicating a decrease of 1.77%. 

Financial Performance

• L&T Technology Services has posted the Q4 FY25 results, which reflect a drop in the net profit from ₹341 crores in Q4 FY24 to ₹311 crores. This indicates a decline of 9% in the net profit for the fourth quarter of the financial year. 
• Despite this fall in net profit, the company has achieved significant growth in revenue from operations for this quarter. The revenue reported stands at ₹2982.4 crores in the fourth quarter, demonstrating a year-on-year increase of 17.5%.
• Moreover, the company has posted an increase of 12.4% in revenue as compared to the previous quarter, which was ₹2653 crores.
• The EBITDA margin for Q4 rose to 19.8%. 
• On the contrary, the EBIT was ₹393.9 crores for the Q4, indicating a quarter-on-quarter decline of 6.6% from ₹421.9 crores in Q3 for the year ended 31st March 2025. 
• The EBIT margin for Q4 is 13.4%. The operating margin also reduced to 13.2% for Q4 as compared to 15.9% in Q3 FY25.

FY25 Annual Performance

• L&T Technology Services reported a total revenue of ₹10670.1 crores for FY 2025, demonstrating a year-on-year increase of 10.6%.
• Achieving this annual revenue of more than ₹10,000 crores has been a remarkable achievement for the company.

Dividend Declaration FY25

L&T Technology Services has declared a final dividend of ₹38 per share for the year ended 31st March 2025, reflecting its strong performance and commitment to shareholder returns.
