4. Yes Bank: SMBC to seek RBI license to operate fully-owned subsidiary ahead of Yes Bank stake acquisition. 
5. Mphasis: Mphasis announced plans to raise up to ₹300 crore through a preferential allotment of convertible warrants and equity shares.
