3. Coal India: The Coal Ministry says it has received 14 bids against 2 coal blocks out of 6 underground coal blocks in the auction. 
4. Tata Elxsi: Tata Elxsi partners with Infineon to jointly develop application-ready EV solutions tailored for the Indian market. 
5. VI: VI or Vodafone Idea partners with AST Space Mobile for satellite connectivity. 
6. Avas Financiers: Avas Financiers said its board’s executive committee has approved raising up to ₹200 crore through a private placement of NCDs. 
7. HDFC Bank: Vinay Razdan resigns as Chief Human Resource Officer of the bank with effect from 18th June 2025.
