Sonata Software Q2 Results FY26: During Q2 FY26, Sonata Software’s profit increased 12.87% YoY, while revenue decreased by 2.33% YoY. The company posted robust numbers, with Q2 PAT at ₹120.19 crores and revenue at ₹2,119.30 crores. Sonata Software announced its Q2 results on 13th November 2025.

Sonata Software Q2 Results FY26 Highlights (Q2 FY26 vs FY25)

• Sonata Software clocked Q2 FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹2,119.30 crores vs ₹2,169.83 crores. 
• On the profit front, Sonata Software earned a consolidated PAT of ₹120.19 crore in Q2 FY26. During FY25, the company’s PAT stood at ₹106.49 crore.
• According to the consolidated figures, Sonata Software’s quarterly PAT increased by 12.87% YoY, while revenue decreased by 2.33%.
• Sonata Software clocked Q2 FY26 standalone revenue of ₹306.40 crores vs ₹235.26 crores. 
• On the profit front, Sonata Software earned a standalone PAT of ₹146.77 crore in Q2 FY26. During FY25, the company’s PAT stood at ₹164.54 crore.
• According to the standalone figures, Sonata Software’s quarterly PAT decreased by 10.80% YoY, while revenue increased by 30.24%.

Sonata Software Share Price Performance

On the opening bell on 20th November 2025, Sonata Software shares opened at ₹369.60 per share. However, the initial gains have since eroded, and Sonata Software shares are currently trading at ₹364.50 per share, which is lower than the opening price.    

Considering the long-term achievements, Sonata Software shares have yielded returns of approximately -32.17% over the past years, and 5-year returns stand at 181.45%. Over the maximum timeframe, Sonata Software shares delivered a 2,382.97% return to investors.
