- Vinod Texworld Limited is engaged in the manufacturing, processing, and supply of textile products, primarily dyed and printed fabrics. Its product portfolio includes cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics, catering to the fast-fashion segment and evolving customer requirements.
- The company supplies products based on customer specifications across domestic and international markets. Its domestic network covers several states, including Gujarat, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengal. During FY25, the company also exported its products to Nepal.
- The company claims to have also undertaken initiatives towards adopting sustainable practices and incorporating renewable and green energy solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce its carbon footprint.
- Use of proceeds:
- This is a fresh issue of shares. Therefore, the net proceeds from the fresh issue will go to the company. They will be utilised for the following purposes:
- Expansion of Existing Plant – Rs 6.39 crore
- Repayment of Loan – Rs 6.50 crore
- To meet working capital requirements – Rs 18.50 crore
- General corporate purposes
