- Eventions Limited is engaged in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) and event management segment. The company provides event planning, coordination and execution services primarily to corporate and institutional clients. Its services include MICE programs such as meetings, conferences and incentive travel, corporate events including product launches and virtual events, free independent travel (FIT) services, and brand and marketing activations.
- The company coordinates venues, travel, accommodation, logistics and on-site execution based on individual project requirements. It works with hospitality providers, destination management companies, logistics partners and event production vendors. It also provides execution support to other event management companies for specific assignments.
- Eventions undertakes projects across India and international locations, including Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Its subsidiary, Gantu Online Private Limited, primarily provides customised travel and experiential tourism services to individual customers and small groups.
