The company also offers forging die regeneration and welding robot rental services.
- Its subsidiary, Carver Engineering Private Limited, provides reconditioning and refurbishment services for plant and machinery across industries such as forging, casting, cement, steel, sugar, power, petroleum, automotive, and fabrication. Its services include hammer and component repairs, structural fabrication, machining, and turnkey engineering projects.
- The company’s primary manufacturing facility is located in Rajkot, Gujarat. It also operates service units in Pune, Hosur, and Ludhiana. As of July 11, 2026, its installed annual production capacity for metal-cored wires and welding rods was 650 tonnes. The company sources raw materials from domestic suppliers and international markets, including China, the United States, and the Netherlands.
