Its services include local and wide area networking (LAN and WAN), wireless communication systems, structured cabling, audio-visual and multimedia systems, smart classrooms, access control, surveillance and security systems, and fibre optic infrastructure.
- The company also provides data storage and data centre solutions, including servers, storage systems, virtualisation, data backup and recovery, cloud-based services, and cloud security. Its newer offerings include AI lab solutions, GPU-enabled computing platforms, cybersecurity, data security, network monitoring, and managed security services.
- It also undertakes annual maintenance contracts, technical support, and fibre optic infrastructure execution. The company operates from its registered office in Kolkata, West Bengal, and has a branch office in Patna. It also deploys technical personnel across eastern India for on-site support and maintenance.
