• ZF Commercial Vehicle clocked Q2 FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹2,827.49 crores vs ₹2,774.61 crores. 
• On the profit front, ZF Commercial Vehicle earned a consolidated PAT of ₹206.29 crore in Q2 FY26. During FY25, the company’s PAT stood at ₹269.66 crore.
• According to the consolidated figures, ZF Commercial Vehicle’s quarterly PAT decreased by 23.50% YoY, while revenue increased by 1.91%.
• ZF Commercial Vehicle clocked Q2 FY26 standalone revenue of ₹2,458.47 crores vs ₹2,430.70 crores. 
• On the profit front, ZF Commercial Vehicle earned a standalone PAT of ₹176.25 crore in Q2 FY26. During FY25, the company’s PAT stood at ₹228.98 crore.
• According to the standalone figures, ZF Commercial Vehicle’s quarterly PAT decreased by 2.63% YoY, while revenue decreased by 0.54%.
