V-Guard Industries Q2 Results FY26: During Q2 FY26,  V- Guard Industries’ profit increased 3.00% YoY, while revenue increased by 3.63% YoY. •  V- Guard Industries clocked Q2 FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹1,340.92crores vs ₹1,293.99 crores. 
• On the profit front, V-Guard Industries earned a consolidated PAT of ₹65.29 crore in Q2 FY26. During FY25, the company’s PAT stood at ₹63.39 crore.
• According to the consolidated figures, V-Guard Industries’ quarterly PAT increased by 3.00% YoY, while revenue increased by 3.63%.
•  V- Guard Industries clocked Q2 FY26 standalone revenue of ₹1,272.32 crores vs ₹1,229.02 crores. 
• On the profit front, V-Guard Industries earned a standalone PAT of ₹65.97 crore in Q2 FY26. During FY25, the company’s PAT stood at ₹52.19 crore.
• According to the standalone figures, V-Guard Industries’ quarterly PAT increased by 26.40% YoY, while revenue increased by 3.52%.
