• Swan Energy clocked Q2 FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹1,138.34 crores vs ₹1,032.19 crores. 
• On the profit front, Swan Energy earned a consolidated PAT of -₹3.82 crore in Q2 FY26. During FY25, the company’s PAT stood at ₹51.28 crore.
• According to the consolidated figures, Swan Energy’s quarterly PAT decreased by 107.44% YoY, while revenue increased by 10.28%.
• Swan Energy clocked Q2 FY26 standalone revenue of ₹54.70 crores vs ₹25.55 crores. 
• On the profit front, Swan Energy earned a standalone PAT of ₹5.61 crore in Q2 FY26. During FY25, the company’s PAT stood at ₹1.22 crore.
• According to the standalone figures, Swan Energy’s quarterly PAT increased by 361.43% YoY, while revenue increased by 114.11%.

On the opening bell on 25th November 2025, Swan Energy shares opened at ₹459.70 per share. However, the initial gains have since eroded, and Swan Energy shares are currently trading at ₹450.80 per share, lower than the opening price.
