NSDL Q1 Results FY26: NSDL posted its Q1 results on 12th August 2025. The company posted robust numbers, with Q1 PAT standing at ₹89.63 crores against revenue of ₹312.03 crores. During Q1 FY26, the profit increase of the company was recorded at 15.16% YoY, and the revenue decrease for the same period was 7.49%.

NSDL Q1 Results FY26 Highlights (Q1 FY26 vs FY25)

• NSDL clocked Q1 FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹312.03 crores vs ₹337.30 crores. 
• On the profit front, NSDL earned a consolidated PAT of ₹89.63 crore in Q1 FY26. During FY25, the company’s PAT stood at ₹77.83 crore. 
• Consolidated PAT rose for the first quarter of FY26, was 15.16% YoY, and revenue fell 7.49% YoY. 
• As per the standalone figures, the quarterly PAT of NSDL has increased by 24.05%, and revenue has increased by 19.52% YoY.

On the opening bell of 13th August 2025, the shares of NSDL opened at ₹1,299.00 per share. However, the initial gains are wiped out as of now, and NSDL shares are trading at ₹1,206.70 per share, lower than their opening price.
