MRF has announced its Q4 results for FY25, reporting a notable increase of 31% year-on-year (YoY) in the net profit, reaching ₹498 crore against the previous year’s profit of ₹380 crore. MRF Q4 Results 2025: Key Highlights

• MRF’s net profit increased 31% year over year in the fourth quarter, reaching ₹498 crore. 
• Revenue from operations of MRF rose by 12% YoY to reach ₹6,944 crore as compared to ₹6,215 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. 
• EBITDA of MRF rose by 18% YoY to reach ₹1,043 crore. Consequently, the EBITDA margin saw an improvement, standing at 15% as compared to 14.30% a year earlier. 

MRF Share Dividend Declaration

Along with the Q4 results for FY25, MRF’s board of directors recommended a final dividend of ₹229 per share. With this dividend proposal, the final dividend of the MRF share is equivalent to 2,290% on the face value of ₹10 each. 

It includes two interim dividends of ₹3 per share. The total dividend payout for FY25 amounts to ₹235 per share.
