Mphasis Q3 Results FY26: During Q3 FY26, Mphasis’s profit increased 3.36% YoY, while revenue increased by 12.39% YoY. The company posted robust numbers, with Q3 PAT at ₹442.19 crores and revenue at ₹4,002.58 crores. Mphasis showed its Q3 results on 22nd January 2026.

• Mphasis clocked Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹4,002.58 crores vs ₹3,561.34 crores. 
• On the profit front,  Mphasis earned a consolidated PAT of ₹442.19 crore in Q3 FY26. During FY25, the company’s PAT stood at ₹427.81 crore.
• According to the consolidated figures, Mphasis’s quarterly PAT increased by 3.36% YoY, while revenue increased by 12.39%.
• Mphasis clocked Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of ₹640.48 crores vs ₹348.69 crores. 
• On the profit front, Mphasis earned a standalone PAT of ₹114.21 crore in Q3 FY26. During FY25, the company’s PAT stood at ₹163.76 crore.
• According to the standalone figures, Mphasis’s quarterly PAT decreased by 9.09% YoY, while revenue increased by 2.51%.

On the opening bell on 23rd January 2026,  Mphasis shares opened at ₹2,870.00 per share. However, the initial gains have since eroded, and Mphasis’s shares are currently trading at ₹2,745.00 per share, which is lower than the opening price.
