IPO This Week: 16 Public Issues Worth Over Rs 7,300 Crore Open From 7 to 11 September 2026 With 9 Listings Due

Quick Answer

The IPO this week calendar has 16 companies opening subscription between 7 and 11 September 2026, seeking more than Rs 7,300 crore between them. Twelve are mainboard issues worth roughly Rs 7,200 crore, led by Rentomojo at Rs 1,256 crore and Kanohar Electricals at Rs 1,055.7 crore. Nine of the sixteen open on 9 September alone, raising Rs 4,611 crore or about 64 percent of the week's total. Nine companies are also due to list, starting with Purple Style Labs on 7 September.

The IPO this week is the heaviest primary market calendar of the season, with 16 companies opening subscription from 7 to 11 September 2026 to raise over Rs 7,300 crore. Twelve of the issues are on the mainboard and account for close to Rs 7,200 crore. Nine other companies start trading over the same five sessions.

The timing is what makes the IPO this week rush unusual. This wave is landing while equities sit under pressure from West Asia tensions and firm crude oil prices, conditions that normally push issuers to delay rather than launch. Counting September's offers, IPO fundraising for the calendar year reaches nearly Rs 87,900 crore.

Which Is the Biggest IPO This Week?

Rentomojo is the biggest IPO this week at Rs 1,256 crore, priced at Rs 384 to Rs 404 per share. The direct-to-consumer platform rents and sells subscriptions for furniture and appliances online. Four issues cross the Rs 800 crore mark, and all four open on either 8 or 9 September.

Transformer maker Kanohar Electricals is second at Rs 1,055.7 crore in the Rs 601 to Rs 632 band. Karamtara Engineering, which manufactures products for renewable energy and power transmission, seeks Rs 875 crore at Rs 241 to Rs 254. Manipal Payment and Identity Solutions, a payment card maker, wants Rs 805 crore at Rs 322 to Rs 339.

One name outside that group deserves attention on its own merit. Asset Reconstruction Company (India) is raising Rs 733 crore at Rs 132 to Rs 139, and it becomes the first asset reconstruction company to list on Indian exchanges. That makes it the most structurally significant offer in the IPO this week line-up.

Specialty chemicals maker Prasol Chemicals seeks Rs 500 crore at Rs 643 to Rs 676. Glass Wall Systems (India), a facade and fenestration supplier, is raising Rs 428 crore at Rs 172 to Rs 182. LCC Projects, an EPC contractor in irrigation and water supply, wants Rs 427 crore at Rs 139 to Rs 146. Gujarat-based industrial gas supplier Steamhouse India plans up to Rs 414 crore.

Two real estate names round out the mainboard IPO this week list. Four SME Issues in the IPO This Week Line-Up

The SME segment adds four openings to the IPO this week schedule. Apana Logistics is raising Rs 34 crore at a fixed price of Rs 60 per share. Textile firm Vinod Texworld seeks close to Rs 43 crore at a fixed Rs 94. Solar company Infrax Renewable targets Rs 40.88 crore at Rs 104, and chemical maker Amtech Esters is raising Rs 17.88 crore at the top of its Rs 71 to Rs 75 band.

SME issues trade in far thinner volumes than mainboard stocks after listing, and moves in both directions tend to be sharper. Anyone treating these as short-term listing plays should size positions with that liquidity gap in mind.

IPO This Week Calendar: Open and Close Dates

Date What Happens
7 September Pranav Constructions and Apana Logistics open, both close 9 September
8 September Kanohar Electricals, Prasol Chemicals and Glass Wall Systems open, all close 10 September
9 September Nine issues open together, worth Rs 4,611 crore
10 September Veegaland Developers opens
11 September Manika Plastech closes out the week's calendar

The crunch point of the IPO this week calendar is 9 September, when nine issues open at once and seek Rs 4,611 crore, roughly 64 percent of the entire week's tally. Separately, Qualiance International's Rs 45 crore offer is already open and closes on 8 September. It started strongly, with subscriptions reaching 12.51 times on 4 September, its first day of bidding.

Nine Listings Alongside the IPO This Week Rush

Nine companies start trading during the IPO this week window, three of them on the mainboard. Luxury fashion house Purple Style Labs lists on 7 September. Rays of Belief, the company behind MOM's Belief, and gold and diamond jeweller Deepa Jewellers both follow on 8 September.

Among the SME names, Ashutosh Fibre and Shanti Inorganics debut on NSE Emerge on 7 September, the same day Phychem Technologies lists on the BSE SME platform. Fly-Hi Maritime Travels and Farm Peace are due on BSE SME on 8 September, and Qualiance International rounds off the week with its NSE Emerge listing expected on 11 September.

What to Watch in a Crowded IPO This Week

A packed IPO this week calendar spreads investor money thin, and that shows up directly in subscription data. When nine issues compete for bids on the same day, application capital fragments, and offers with weaker anchor books tend to reveal it in their qualified institutional buyer and non-institutional investor numbers.

Secondary market conditions matter just as much. With the Nifty 50 under pressure from crude oil prices and West Asia risk, listing-day sentiment can turn quickly, and grey market indications in a volatile stretch are a weaker guide than usual. Historically, issues that list into a falling market open at narrower premiums even when their fundamentals hold up.

The practical filter is valuation against listed peers. Read the red herring prospectus for each offer, compare the asking price with comparable companies already trading, and check how much of the issue is fresh capital rather than an offer for sale. A fresh issue puts money into the business, while an offer for sale simply transfers existing shares to new owners.

Conclusion

Sixteen issues, over Rs 7,300 crore of fundraising and nine debuts across five sessions make this IPO this week calendar one of the densest of 2026. Rentomojo, Kanohar Electricals and Asset Reconstruction Company (India) are the names most likely to set the tone, with the last carrying extra weight as the first ARC listing on Indian exchanges. Work through each prospectus on its own merits rather than treating the week as a single opportunity, and consult a SEBI-registered advisor before applying.
