The company\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Earnings_before_interest,_taxes,_depreciation_and_amortization\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">EBITDA<\/a> for the same period in FY24 stood at a figure of \u20b91,465.09 crores, indicating a Q-o-Q uptick of 4.1%.\u00a0<\/p><p>Shree Cements Limited also experienced an expansion in EBDITA margins of 20 bps from 26.17% last year to 26.36% in the quarter ending March 2025 for FY 2025.&nbsp;<\/p><p><strong>Dividend Declaration &#8211; <\/strong>The board of Shree Cements Limited has declared a final dividend of \u20b960 per equity share for FY2025. Besides the final dividend, the company has also paid an interim dividend of \u20b950 per share declared on 30th January 2025.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Shree_Cements_Q4_Consolidated_Results_%E2%80%93_Performance_Highlights\"><\/span><strong>Shree Cements Q4 Consolidated Results &#8211; Performance Highlights<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><p>On the consolidated front, too, Shree Cements has experienced a similar performance trend. The company\u2019s consolidated revenue from operations for Q4 FY25 was \u20b95,532.02, up by 2.4% compared to the figures of the corresponding period in FY2024.&nbsp;<\/p><p>However, Shree Cements clocked a consolidated net profit of \u20b9574.99 for the period, down 14% from net profits of \u20b9675.75 in Q4 FY24. On the EBITDA side, the company experienced a minute increase of 0.95% to \u20b91,586.50 crores for the quarter ending March 2025.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Shree_Cements_Share_Price_Performance\"><\/span><strong>Shree Cements Share Price Performance<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><p>Despite a dip in stand-alone profits, Shree Cements&#8217; share opened with opening gains of 1.2% on 15th May 2025. As of 11:04 AM, today (15th May 2025), the company\u2019s shares were trading at \u20b931,370 with a gain of more than 2%.
