As compared to the year-ago period, the total income stood largely flat, amounting to \u20b91.20 lakh crores.<\/li>\n\n<li>The operating performance of the company dropped with <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/?title=EBITDA&amp;redirect=no\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">EBITDA<\/a> decreasing by 4.1% to reach \u20b916,700 crores.<\/li>\n\n<li>However, EBIT rose to \u20b911,500 crores in Q4 FY25, up by \u20b91,000 crores as compared to the same quarter of the previous fiscal year, thus indicating strong core profitability.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tata_Motors_FY25_Annual_Performance\"><\/span><strong>Tata Motors FY25 Annual Performance<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In spite of several macroeconomic headwinds and uncertainties in the geopolitical aspect, Tata Motors is anticipating resilience in the global premium vehicle segment as well as Indian domestic markets.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n<li>Group CFO P.B. Balaji noted that FY 2024-25 was a landmark year as the company posted its highest-ever consolidated revenue of \u20b94.39 lakh crores.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n<li>Tata Motors\u2019 PBT (before exceptional items) increased to \u20b934,300 crores.<\/li>\n\n<li>Net profit of the company stood at \u20b928,100 crores.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n<li>The Group turned net cash positive in the auto segment, with a \u20b91,000 crore surplus by the end of March 2025. These gains were mainly driven by many improvements in commercial vehicle margins and lower interest costs.<\/li>\n\n<li>The company\u2019s board has recommended a final dividend of \u20b96 per share for the financial year ended 31st March 2025.
