The consolidated net income is estimated at \u20b94,397 crore, which was \u20b95,080 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n<li>A fall in consolidated net income leveraged a sequential decline of 15% QoQ of NSE.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n<li>Average Daily Traded Value (ADTV) of NSE declined with the cash segment by 8% QoQ to \u20b995,488 crore.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n<li>Operating EBITDA for the quarter has also decreased by 18% to reach \u20b92,799 crore.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dividend_Payout\"><\/span><strong>Dividend Payout<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><p>The board of directors at NSE has recommended a final dividend of \u20b935 per equity share, which indicates a 3,500%. Notably, the dividend includes a special one-time dividend of \u20b911.46 per share.
