Three brokerages had set pre-listing base targets of Rs 1,340 to Rs 1,367, so the price at 11:26 AM is already above all three (my calculation). The issue was subscribed 22.19 times and raised Rs 30,213 crore, all of it fresh capital, mainly to repay borrowings of Reliance Jio Infocomm.
