IKS shares were listed at a 43% premium over the IPO price.<\/p><p>The stock of IKS Health was listed at an opening price of Rs. 1900, 43% more than its cap price of Rs 1,329. It has provided strong listing gains to its <a href=\"https:\/\/univest.in\/pro\">investors<\/a> on its debut, which accounted for the tremendous buying activity from investors.\u00a0<\/p><p>The public offering opened for subscription on 12th December 2024, with a close date of 16th December 2024. The <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Initial_public_offering\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">IPO<\/a> was offered at a price band of Rs. 1,265 to 1,329 and a lot size of 11 shares at a face value of Rs 1 each. The total fund size of the public offering was Rs 2,497.92 crore, which was entirely an offer for sale (OFS).\u00a0<\/p><p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/univest.in\/shark-portfolios\/rakesh-jhunjhunwala-assoc\">Jhunjhuwala family<\/a>-backed IKS Health\u2019s impressive performance on the listing day can be credited to its robust financials. The company has seen a positive net profit since March 2020 and a positive operating profit margin of more than 25%.
