Ahead of Anawil Wire IPO Day 2, the company had already raised Rs 50.64 crore from 19 anchor investors, including Abakkus Asset Manager and Carnelian Asset Management and Advisors. The Rs 177.81 crore issue comprises a fresh issue of 52.84 lakh equity shares and an offer for sale of 13 lakh shares by promoter Nimish Kumar Rameshchandra Vashi.
