GV Electricals IPO Day 2 comes after the issue is a 100% book-built offer of 32.50 lakh shares worth up to Rs 42.25 crore, comprising a fresh issue of Rs 39 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 3.25 crore by promoters Jawed Akhtar and Sunil Lakshman Vatsa, who are each selling 1.25 lakh shares.
