NSE sectoral indices today: Nifty IT +2.74% leads gainers, auto and consumer durables also gain. Nifty Realty -1.37% leads losers, followed by Media -1.32%, Energy -0.84%, Metal -0.80%.<\/em><\/p>\n

Among NSE sectoral indices today<\/strong>, the Nifty IT<\/a> index has emerged as the standout performer, surging 2.74 percent to lead all sectoral gainers on 7 July 2026, while Nifty Realty<\/a> fell 1.37 percent to become the biggest sectoral loser.<\/p>\n

On the losing side, Nifty Media<\/a> declined 1.32 percent, while Nifty Energy<\/a> and Nifty Metal<\/a> slipped 0.84 percent and 0.80 percent, respectively. On the gaining side, Nifty Consumer Durables added 0.47 percent, Nifty Auto<\/a> rose 0.33 percent, and both Nifty Private Bank<\/a> and Nifty Bank traded modestly higher.<\/p>\n
