The announcement follows the company’s board meeting held on 6 July, at which the fund raise proposal was under consideration.<\/p>\n

The stock’s decline reflects investor caution around potential shareholder dilution from the large preferential issue, even as Apollo Micro Systems has delivered a multibagger run over the past year, having more than doubled on a year-to-date basis before this announcement.<\/p>\n
