HAL share price is in focus after NCLT Bengaluru dissolved Infotech HAL, a joint venture in which Hindustan Aeronautics held a 50% stake. HAL closed at Rs 4,998 with RSI at 71.4 (overbought) and 20-DMA at Rs 4,820. The dissolution is broadly neutral to HAL’s core defence business.
