Maharashtra Seamless Q2 Results FY26: During Q2 FY26, Maharashtra Seamless’s profit decreased 43.08% YoY, while revenue decreased by 10.31% YoY. • Maharashtra Seamless clocked Q2 FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹1,158.67 crores vs ₹1,291.81 crores. 
• On the profit front, Maharashtra Seamless earned a consolidated PAT of ₹125.26 crore in Q2 FY26. During FY25, the company’s PAT stood at ₹220.08 crore.
• According to the consolidated figures, Maharashtra Seamless’s quarterly PAT decreased by 43.08% YoY, while revenue decreased by 10.31%.
• Maharashtra Seamless clocked Q2 FY26 standalone revenue of ₹1,158.50 crores vs ₹1,291.25 crores. 
• On the profit front, Maharashtra Seamless earned a standalone PAT of ₹129.61 crore in Q2 FY26. During FY25, the company’s PAT stood at ₹224.20 crore.
• According to the standalone figures, Maharashtra Seamless’s quarterly PAT decreased by 42.19% YoY, while revenue decreased by 10.28%.

Maharashtra Seamless Share Price Performance

On the opening bell on 6th November 2025, Maharashtra Seamless shares opened at ₹559.60 per share. However, the initial gains have since eroded, and Maharashtra Seamless shares are currently trading at ₹550.10 per share, which is lower than the opening price.
